BEON.tech Earns Great Place to Work Certification™— For the Fifth Year in a Row


At BEON.tech we are honoured to share that for the fifth year in a row we have been certified by Great Place to Work® and recognized among the best places to work in Latin America. This milestone reflects a consistent commitment to culture, to people, and to building an environment where talent thrives.

Great Place to Work is a global authority on workplace culture that recognizes companies with exceptional employees’ experiences with certifications and awards. Team members from each participating company complete an anonymous Trust Index survey that measures their perceptions across key dimensions of culture and leadership. This approach provides an independent and unbiased assessment, and only companies scoring 65% or above qualify for certification and award listings.
