Talent Experience Management™

The framework high-performing teams run on

Engagement managed from day one, squads that stay together, and the delivery speed that only comes from engineers who actually want to be there.

The problem

Hiring is just the beginning.
Retention is where most teams fail.

Most talent solutions stop at placement. Résumé matched, contract signed, you're on your own. No one is monitoring whether that engineer feels aligned, recognized, or challenged enough to stay. Scroll through how it usually unfolds.

Engagement signalsDay 1 → Month 12
Month 3Score 82/100

Velocity slows.

Estimates start slipping. Nobody flags it yet. It still reads like a rough sprint.

Month 6Score 54/100

They're disengaged.

Camera off, fewer questions, no ownership of new work. By now, disengagement is structural.

Month 12Score 19/100

They're gone.

And the context they carried leaves with them too, right in the middle of the roadmap, with no warning.

The cost
50–200%
of annual salary is what replacing a senior engineer costs.

And with leaner teams than ever, losing one high performer sets delivery back by months.

The answer

BEON.tech built the Talent Experience Management™ Framework to turn that gap into a non-issue.

The solution

What is the Talent Experience Management™ Framework?

The Talent Experience Management Framework is BEON.tech’s HR system for sustaining engineer engagement, performance, and growth throughout the partnership.

Part of our IT staff augmentation plan, the framework works by assigning a dedicated Talent Experience Manager™ to every engineer we place. Not a project manager, not an HR generalist, but a specialist whose sole focus is keeping your engineer motivated, aligned, and growing.

The three pillars

Three pillars. One consistent outcome: engineers who stay and perform.

A Talent Experience Manager discussing performance with an engineer
Performance

Tracked before it drifts.

Your TEM™ tracks whether each engineer is engaged and productive, not just shipping tickets, but operating at the level you hired them for. When performance drifts, they identify the cause and address it before it becomes a problem you have to manage.

Engineers talking about their day-to-day experience
Experience

Work-life fit is a retention driver.

Your TEM™ monitors sentiment, motivation, and expectations on an ongoing basis. If something shifts, like workload, team dynamics, or clarity of direction, they surface it and help resolve it.

Engineers working together on career growth
Growth

Engineers who aren't growing leave.

Your TEM™ provides feedback loops, identifies development opportunities, and makes sure each collaborator sees a clear path forward inside your company. That is what turns a good hire into a long-term partner.

How it works

What this means for your engineering team

The TEM™ Framework translates into three operational outcomes.

Faster time to productivity

Your new hire is onboarded with intention. The TEM™ makes expectations, tools, and team dynamics clear from week one, which cuts the ramp time that typically costs 30 to 60 days of output.

Fewer surprises

Disengagement doesn't happen overnight. Your TEM™ is an early warning system, detecting friction before it surfaces as a missed deadline or an unexpected resignation.

Stable, long-term performance

The engineers we place don't just deliver at the start. The framework is designed to sustain output and motivation over months and years, not just the first sprint.

The framework in action

What happens when engagement slips

A real pattern, compressed to thirty seconds. This is the work your TEM™ does in the background.

Meet the engineers behind the framework

The best way to understand why our talent stays is to hear it directly from them.

The difference

Why this is different from standard HR or account management

Most staffing and nearshore models include an account manager. Their job is to maintain the client relationship: keep you happy with the vendor.

A Talent Experience Manager™ is focused on the engineer's experience, not the contract. That distinction matters because engaged engineers perform better, stay longer, and integrate more deeply into your team culture.

The TEM™ doesn't wait for an annual review to spot problems. They work proactively, with a defined methodology, across three measurable dimensions. It's what allows BEON.tech to offer comprehensive warranty coverage and long-term collaboration guarantees that most talent partners can't match.

Frequently asked questions

Account management protects the vendor relationship. The TEM™ Framework protects the engineer's experience, which directly impacts your delivery. Disengagement doesn't show up in status calls. It shows up in velocity, code quality, and eventually attrition.

No. The TEM™ works alongside your existing structure, not inside it. Your engineering lead owns direction and delivery. The TEM handles the layer your internal team doesn't have bandwidth for: ongoing sentiment monitoring, career alignment, and early detection of friction.

The framework is designed to detect disengagement early enough to course-correct. On the rare occasion an engineer does move on, BEON.tech's warranty coverage means you're not left waiting. Replacement is handled without extra fees or delays.

It's included in BEON.tech's IT Staff Augmentation and Contract to Hire models, covering the full duration of the engagement and, for Contract to Hire, up until conversion. It's not available under Direct Hiring, since that model transfers the employment relationship immediately.

No. If your team already has the internal structure to manage engineer engagement and retention, you can opt out. Most clients keep it, not because it's included, but because it removes management overhead they'd otherwise handle themselves.
